If you are renting the property you must have a separately metered service, and you must obtain the building owner's
written consent to participate in the Program, and agree that your participation in the Program may be terminated if
the building owner revokes such consent. After completing enrollment, we will send you an email with a consent letter
attached for your landlord and yourself to sign and email back to us.

A 40, 50, or 60 amp double breaker will be needed depending on the charger selected. This will look similar to an electric dryer or electric water heater breaker.
